  • Our Royal Tea Party offers a delightful experience where the birthday guest and their friends (up to 6 total) can enjoy an elegant tea party with their favorite princess. Here’s what you can expect and what to keep in mind for a smooth and magical experience:

    What’s Included:

    • Tea & Treats: A selection of “tea” (usually juice) and a small variety of fun, kid-friendly snacks. Please email info@beentertainment.com with any dietary restrictions or specific requests.

    • Royal Etiquette: The princess will teach the children basic royal etiquette, such as how to properly hold their tea cups and how to curtsy or bow.

    • Magical Conversation: The princess will interact with the children, creating an opportunity for fun, engaging conversation.

    Important Considerations:

    • Space Needed: Ensure a table and chairs are available for the children to sit and enjoy their tea. A clear space for the princess to interact with the group is essential.

    • Age Group: Ideal for children ages 3–8, but all ages are welcome! Please note that we will be using real porcelain cups and saucers, so if plastic/disposable is perferred, please notify us! The princess will tailor the experience to suit the age and energy levels of your group.

    • Refreshments: If you prefer to provide the snacks and drinks, that is fine, but please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. (Additionally, please let us know so that we can provide YOU a coupon code for 10% off this add-on!)

    Warnings:

    • Tea & Snacks: Since the “tea” is usually juice or water, make sure there are napkins or paper towel nearby in case of accidents.

    • Space & Safety: Ensure the area is clear of obstacles or breakables, especially if you have younger children.

    Things to Consider:

    • Duration: The Royal Tea Party typically lasts around 15–20 minutes. We can adjust the duration based on your needs.
