Important Information for Extended Travel

At BE Entertainment, we are proud to provide our magical services across the entire Upper Peninsula of Michigan. While we offer no additional travel charge within Marquette County, locations outside of Marquette County will accrue a travel surcharge based on the mileage required to reach your event. We’ve organized the surcharge into easy-to-understand groupings to help you plan:

Mileage Surcharge Groupings:

• $50 Surcharge: For events within 50 miles round-trip from Marquette. This includes: Baraga (40 miles) Delta (60 miles) Menominee (65 miles)

• $100 Surcharge: For events between 51–70 miles round-trip from Marquette. This includes: Alger (70 miles) Iron (70 miles) Schoolcraft (70 miles)

• $150 Surcharge: For events between 71–100 miles round-trip from Marquette. This includes: Dickinson (80 miles) Houghton (90 miles) Luce (85 miles) Mackinac (100 miles)

• $180 Surcharge: For events between 101–120 miles round-trip from Marquette. This includes: Chippewa (120 miles) Gogebic (120 miles) Keweenaw (120 miles) Ontonagon (110 miles)

• Custom Surcharge: For events greater than 120 miles round-trip from Marquette, a custom surcharge will be provided. Please contact us to discuss the details.

What’s Included in the Travel Surcharge:

• The surcharge is calculated based on round-trip mileage from our base location in Marquette, MI, to the location of your event. This ensures that we can provide a fun and timely experience for all attendees while covering the travel costs involved.

• If the event is located in a remote or hard-to-reach area, additional travel considerations may apply. For example, island locations or locations with limited access may require a different surcharge. Please reach out in advance for accurate estimates.

Additional Considerations:

• Custom Surcharge: For locations more than 120 miles away, we may need to assess the specific travel requirements to determine a fair surcharge. Please email us at info@beentertainmentup.com to discuss these special cases.

• Travel Time: Travel times may vary depending on road conditions, weather, and traffic. We aim to arrive promptly and are happy to coordinate arrival time with you to ensure your event runs smoothly.

• Contact Us Early: If your event is outside of Marquette County or has special travel needs (e.g., remote locations), we encourage you to reach out as early as possible. This way, we can ensure that all details are confirmed in advance and avoid any surprises.

• Confirm Travel Charges: Once we determine the distance and assess your event location, we will confirm the surcharge and send you a detailed quote.
