Service Description
In this full hour, your child and their guests will have more time to connect with their favorite character—whether it’s a charming princess or a daring superhero! The character will greet each child, engage in lively conversation, and participate in light, character-based interactions, such as themed group games and photo opportunities. A Royal Attendant will accompany the character to ensure everything runs smoothly and that all children are engaged and having a magical time. Note: While this package allows for extended character interaction, it’s highly encouraged to pair it with one of our exciting add-on packages (like crafts, a sing-along, or a themed activity) for a more structured, memorable experience. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Patrial refunds may be given if cancelled within 7-14 business days. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the event are subject to availability and may incur a small fee. Any rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the event may not be accommodated. Please contact info@beentertainmentup.com to discuss. No Show: No shows on the day of the event will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your event magical!
